Centered in 10 Minutes
Do you keep yourself and your mind busy from your morning alarm to bedtime daily? Do you ever feel the need to slow down your mind? Can you spare 5 or 10 minutes to slow down your mind and bring yourself back to your center?
Inspired by podcasts from Tara Brach during a hectic week of sabbatical, this assignment creates a practice to calm the mind.
